The software is split into five sections: Early Years, Games and Quizzes, Stories and Songs, Creative Play & Find Out About. You will get the most out of these activities if you play them together with your child. Use them as a focus for chatting. Speaking and listening is very important for young children's educational development, particularly reading and writing.

Soundabout Live! interactive music-making sessions for people of all ages with SLD and PMLD are led by different members of our amazing music practitioner team on our Facebook page every Tuesday & Saturday at 2pm. Every Live! session is stored on our YouTube page and on this TV section. You can play, pause, rewind and view as many times as you like and on any device – especially good for connected TV’s and Sky Q to view on a large screen.

Strings and Things is a suite of six sensory stories for young children and people with severe (SLD) or profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD).  Each story takes you on an adventure led by a magical ball of string, unpacking the lived experience of lockdown and social distancing.

Tailfeather TV is written and presented by young adults with learning disabilities. Fun dance sessions and bright and engaging learning activities on topics such as Jungle, Shapes, Weather, Under the Sea

The Oily Cart Theatre company who make theatre for those with complex needs, including PMLD.  The Sensory Sessions offer ideas for creating sensory experiences at home 

Shabang

Shabang create and deliver accessible shows with music and songs which they sign in Makaton.  They have been offering regular Live and interactive shows on Youtube throughout the pandemic.
