Meet the Governors

As a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and Awarding Winning Human Resources profession who hosts a show on a DAB radio station. I would relish the opportunity to be part of the governing board because I have a deep passion for supporting and working with The Village School as a governor in achieving goals, taking opportunities and overcoming challenges. 

In my previous role as Head of HR I have developed organisational strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues, as well as given recommendations to the organisational strategic thinking and direction. In addition, with more than a decade worth of Human Resources and Media expertise. I have managed human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, training, coaching, counselling and disciplining staff. 

I use excellent communication skills to elicit listeners on my radio show and have developed strong relationships with key stakeholders in both radio and Human Resources to bring about an enhancement in the organisations' reputation. I accomplish special project results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities; this has also demonstrated my strong problem-solving capabilities used to mitigate risks and issues, allowing projects to meet deadlines, budgets and objective.
